Mr. Betz is a degreed musician who specializes in teaching percussion. This lesson can be setup several different ways:

1. The student owns a drum set and would like some formal instruction on how to play. Areas of study could include styles like rock, jazz or Latin.

2. The student is a percussionist in his/her school band program (grades 6-12). The lesson could focus on playing mallet instruments or snare drum. High school students could also get instruction on the All Region Band music for next year’s competition.

3. The student is interested in learning about music or drums (especially good for younger kids that would just like to hit stuff for an hour and have some fun). The teacher will bring various fun percussion instruments and give an introduction to music and drums.

Included items: One (1) hour long percussion lesson to be scheduled directly with Todd Betz. This lesson will need to be scheduled during the months of May – October 2010. Most time slots available on weeknights and weekend days.
